By booking a session with Shot by Emma Lee, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms & conditions.

 

Booking
 

A booking is confirmed once your session has been agreed upon and any required payment or booking fee has been received.
 

Session dates are subject to availability.

 

Payment
 

Full payment is required prior to, or on the day of, your session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice, however confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations
 

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change.
 

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate a new date.
 

If severe weather makes an outdoor session unsuitable, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
 

Shot by Emma Lee reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies or unsafe weather conditions.

 

Late Arrivals
 

Please arrive on time for your session.
 

Late arrivals may reduce the length of your session to avoid impacting other bookings.
 

Photography Sessions
 

Sessions are designed to be relaxed and natural.
 

Children, pets and families are encouraged to be themselves, and gentle guidance will be provided where needed.

While every effort is made to capture a wide variety of images, no specific pose, expression or image can be guaranteed.

 

Image Delivery
 

Your edited gallery will typically be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session.
 

Images are supplied as high-resolution digital files via an online gallery.

Please download and back up your images promptly. While galleries may remain available for a period of time, long-term storage cannot be guaranteed.

 

Additional Images
 

Where available, additional images may be purchased separately.

 

Copyright
 

Copyright of all photographs remains with Shot by Emma Lee in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia).

Clients receive a personal-use licence to download, print and share their purchased images.
 

Images must not be edited, filtered, altered or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

 

Portfolio & Marketing
 

Selected images may be used on the Shot by Emma Lee website, social media and promotional material.

If you would prefer your images remain private, please advise prior to your session and your preference will be respected.

 

Liability
 

Every reasonable care is taken when photographing, editing and delivering your images.
 

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, injury, illness or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to a refund of any amounts paid where the session cannot be completed or delivered.
 

Shot by Emma Lee is not responsible for circumstances outside of their control, including weather, venue restrictions or the behaviour of participants.
