Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright of all images remains the property of Shot by Emma Lee.

Client Use

Your purchased images include a personal-use licence, allowing you to:
 

• Download and keep your images.

• Share your images on social media.

• Print your images for personal use.

• Share your gallery with family and friends.

When sharing online, crediting Shot by Emma Lee is always appreciated but not required.

Restrictions
 

Images may not be:
 

• Edited, altered or filtered without written permission.

• Used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

• Sold, licensed or distributed to third parties.

• Entered into competitions under another name or business.

Photographer Use
 

Shot by Emma Lee may use selected images for:
 

• Portfolio and website display.

• Social media.

• Marketing and promotional material.

• Photography awards or publications.

If you would prefer your images remain private, please let us know before your session. Your privacy will always be respected.
 

Commercial Use
 

Businesses or organisations wishing to use photographs for advertising, marketing or commercial purposes must obtain written permission and may require a separate commercial licence.
